Since opening in 1989 Wailea Massage and Body Care located in Stouffer Wailea Beach Resort has gone through several changes. Renaissance Wailea took over the resort and closed in 2007 (now Andaz Resort) and we moved to Kehala Street to offer fabulous Outside Ocean View Massage 2007- 2018. During those years we were ranked by Tripadvisor #9 of 300+ Spa & Wellness in the State of Hawaii. 1991-2000 we had a second location Maui Inter-Continental Resort— (now Wailea Beach Resort).My business partner Sudha Scott retired in 2018. After 30 years (2019) we are now offering three choices OUTSIDE SPECTACULAR OCEAN VIEW in conjunction with Wailea Healing Center ROOM CALLS AT YOUR LOCATION.

LAURA ROSENTHAL
Laura is co-owner and LMT with Sudha of Wailea Massage and Body Care . She has been a massage therapist since 1979 in California, France and Maui. She received her training in California and has studied advanced techniques in Thailand, Indonesia, and France and speaks fluent French. Living in France she learned that “Californian Massage” was in style there. She brought that back and developed some of her own treatments blending a wide range of massage modalities including Traeger, acupressure, lymphatic drainage, lomi- lomi, Thai Traditional, St. John’s Neuro-Muscular Technique, Healing touch, Acutonics (Sound Healing) and Ayurvedic. She has developed some interesting treatments of her own. Her most recent addition is the “Aura of Laura”—a blend of “Lava Flow”-warm stones, aromatherapy and Tibetan Healing Bowls. She is currently studying Hula and Hawaiian Language. She is also a Hawaii State licensed Aesthetician. She is a member of the AMTA and has been President as well as vice-president of the Hawaii chapter.(1997-1999) She has a healing website www.healingstories.com and is dedicated to helping people to help themselves.

Volunteering for Islands Hospice giving foot massages and offering her musical gifts of singing dancing ukulele guitar piano
Participating in Rotary Club of Maui a worldwide non denominational group of people that just wants to help
Continues developing Touch for Peace Scholarship Program For High School students going into college

Her son Andre and beautiful daughter in law Rachel live in Jerusalem. Two grandchildren Amaliah (3 yrs) and Binyamin (17 mo — never seen yet )
